Ok so quick update on how last week's meal plan went down. We kept mostly to plan although an upset tummy mid weak meant we skipped the chicken pesto pasta thing on thursday. I also didnt make lasagna - so strong start but less strong end to the week.
On to this week, I am posting this on Wednesday, but we are two days into the plan and so far on course. We shopped at Tesco this week and spent £67 in total which included packed lunch stuff for Zoe. Aldi is definitely cheaper but the convenience of tesco delivery is tempting. Onto this week...

Lunch: It was a work social buffet at lunch so I brought fruit and we ate like kings.
Dinner: Leftover pasta bake
Wednesday: (working from home)
Breakfast: Bagel and cream cheese
Lunch: Cheese toastie
Dinner:Butter chicken with rice and naan
Thursday:
Breakfast: (working from home) Y food shake - coffee
Lunch: Spicy Parsnip Soup and bagel
Dinner: Lasagna
Friday:
Breakfast: Y food shake - coffee
Lunch: TBC
Dinner:leftover Lasagna
