Meal Plan Like a Boss - 5 August

We didn't really do a meal plan for last week, I had 3 days off work so knew I would be out and about a lot and we basically winged it. It worked quite well as I did some meal prep on the Sunday, so I had a stash of vegan friendly meals in the freezer if needed. I have also invested in a new meal planing set up, which I will share in a post soon once its up and running. We have a couple of weeks to go until our little Scottish holiday, so I want to try and be as frugal and organised as possible - don't want to spend our holiday fretting about money.

I have one meal out planned this week, but apart from that I am hoping to limit spending on food and eat what we have in the cupboards;

Monday:

Breakfast: Onion bagel and coffee
Lunch: M&S Plant Kitchen Chilli pot (I have had this in my desk and never really fancy it, but today its getting eaten!)
Dinner: Meal out at Zizzi's in Newcastle - their vegan garlic bread is out of this world good!

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Onion bagel and coffee
Lunch: Chickpea tuna sandwiches, crisps and fruit
Dinner: Curry and rice - I will have chickpea and sweet potato, the hudband will have meat.

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Onion bagel and coffee
Lunch: Chickpea tuna sandwiches, crisps and fruit
Dinner:Baked potato with lentil bolognese

Thursday:

Breakfast: Onion bagel and coffee
Lunch: Tofu egg mayo sandwiches, crisps and fruit
Dinner: Vegan hotdogs and fries

Friday:

Breakfast: Vegan pain au chocolat and coffee (ran out of onion bagels lol)
Lunch: Tofu egg mayo sandwiches, crisps and fruit
Dinner:Pesto pasta - I will have roasted veggies and husband will add sausage.

What is everyone else eating this week? Don't forget you can grab my free PRINTABLE MEAL PLANNER over on last week's Meal Plan Like a Boss post.
